Dreamy chocolate cake, perfectly cooked tenderloin, enticing Bistro Bacon. What more could you ask for in a Valentine’s Dinner?

The Prairie Bistro is serving for Valentine’s on Friday, February 9, Saturday, February 10, and Wednesday, February 14, from 5-8 pm each night.

 

Start out with Lavosh topped with Havarti cheese, grilled shrimp and olives, Bistro Bacon, or Salmon Goat Cheese Crostini.

Then choose from a delectable item from our full menu. Our Beef Tenderloin is oh, so juicy and tender!

Finish with a dark, rich slice of Chocolate Oblivion Cake, light and creamy, decadent Creme Brulee,  or the ever-popular Caramel Pecan Cheesecake.

Harvest Dinner 2017

Celebrate Fall with our annual Harvest Dinner, September 15 & 16, from 5 – 8 pm each night. Prime Rib and Tenderloin will it lasts. Try our new Pork Shanks, too!

This month’s featured dessert will be German Chocolate Cake (a special birthday request for a guest!).

Shake off Old Man Winter at The Prairie Bistro March 17 & 18 from 5-8 each night. Succulent Tenderloin and juicy Prime Rib while they last!

Of course, we will be offering the full menu, also! Tiger shrimp, Halibut, Barrimundi round out our seafood options. Ribeye, sirloin, ribs and Chicken Rosemary round out our menu.
