Summer is winding down and our grill is heating up! Join us Friday, August 16, and Saturday, August 17, from 5 to 8 each night for dinner at The Prairie Bistro.

Try out our new Farmer’s Market Salad with Shallot Dressing and either Steak or Chicken. And we are celebrating summer with homemade ice cream!

Harvest Dinner 2017

Celebrate Fall with our annual Harvest Dinner, September 15 & 16, from 5 – 8 pm each night. Prime Rib and Tenderloin will it lasts. Try our new Pork Shanks, too!

This month’s featured dessert will be German Chocolate Cake (a special birthday request for a guest!).

What a wonderful way to see out 2016!

Start with a Nibble of Prairie Nuggets, Bistro Bacon and Crostini.

Then dive into Prime Rib, Ribeye, Sirloin, Ribs, Jumbo shrimp, Halibut, Barrimundi or Rosemary Chicken.

Take a bit of a breather, then finish off with a slice of delectable cheesecake or a Prairie Parfait.

If you would like a glass of wine or other adult beverage, please feel free to bring your favorite with you! We have glasses and bottle openers.

March on out to The Prairie Bistro for March Madness, March 11 & 12, 5 -8 pm.

Start out with a Nibble Platter featuring Bistro Bacon, Smoked Wings and Caprese Kabobs.

Then choose from Mark’s succulent Prime Rib (while it lasts), Ribeye, Sirloin, Tenderloin, Jumbo Shrimp, Halibut or Chicken Octavia.
